KLASSY FINDS ships selected products to eligible international destinations. International orders are subject to applicable export, customs, shipping, and destination-country requirements.

1. International Destinations

KLASSY FINDS may ship selected products to eligible countries through available courier and logistics partners.

International shipping availability may depend on the product, destination, courier service, applicable regulations, and other operational factors.

If shipping is not available to a particular destination, the order may not be accepted.

2. International Delivery Timeline

The delivery time for international orders depends on the destination country, shipping method, courier partner, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

International shipments may take longer than domestic orders.

Delays caused by customs clearance, destination-country regulations, courier services, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers may be responsible for applicable:

If a product is restricted or prohibited in the destination country, KLASSY FINDS may cancel the order.

6. International Shipping Charges

International shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, product/package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and courier service.

Applicable shipping charges may be displayed during checkout.

Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or destination-country charges may be payable by the customer.

7. International Returns

International returns are subject to product eligibility and our applicable Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

Customers must submit a return request within the applicable return period.

If a return is approved, the product must be returned in the required condition and with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

8. International Refunds

Approved international refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, currency conversion, and international banking processes.

International return shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and destination-country charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated by KLASSY FINDS.

9. Damaged or Lost International Shipments

If an international shipment is received damaged or appears to be lost, customers should contact KLASSY FINDS as soon as possible and provide the order number, photographs/videos, packaging details, and other relevant information.

KLASSY FINDS will coordinate with the applicable courier or logistics partner and take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the issue.
