⏱️ Timeframe Mandate

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • order’s will be delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

🌐 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
  • In rare cases, if your pin code is unserviceable, our team will reach out to you for alternate arrangements.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is FREE on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A flat rate of ₹49 may apply on orders below ₹999.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may carry additional charges (if applicable in future).

🚨 Delays & Exceptions

  • Shipping delays may occur due to natural calamities, high volumes, or logistics partner issues.
  • We will keep you informed via email/SMS in case of any major delays.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS/email
  • You can use it to track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s site
