🕒 Refund Eligibility (Timeframe Mandate)
- You must raise a refund request within 5 days of receiving your order.
- After 5 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or return.
✅ Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
- Applicable only if:
- Wrong item received
- Item received in damaged condition
- Item was not as described
🚚 Return Pickup / Shipping
- In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- If reverse pickup isn’t available at your pin code, you may be asked to self-ship.
- In such cases, ₹50-₹100 shipping reimbursement may be provided (with receipt).
💳 Refund Timeline
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Once the refund request is approved. The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 09 to 15 business days to the original mode of payment
- Refund will be sent via original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card).
