🕒 Refund Eligibility (Timeframe Mandate)

  • You must raise a refund request within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • After 5 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or return.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
  • Applicable only if:
    • Wrong item received
    • Item received in damaged condition
    • Item was not as described


🚚 Return Pickup / Shipping

  • In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • If reverse pickup isn’t available at your pin code, you may be asked to self-ship.
  • In such cases, ₹50-₹100 shipping reimbursement may be provided (with receipt).

💳 Refund Timeline

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Once the refund request is approved. The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 09 to 15 business days to the original mode of payment
  • Refund will be sent via original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card).
